Application 
1. MAC-3108 is suitable for comprehensive environmental protection accelerator for NR,SBR,BR,EPDM,IIR and other rubbers;
2. MAC-3108 can be used as the main accelerator alone, and can also be used with a small amount of TBzTD-75GE, ZBEC-75GE, ZDTP-50E, etc. for faster vulcanisation;
3. MAC-3108 no mercaptobenzothiazole structure, no bitter taste, no nitrosamine carcinogens in the vulcanisation process, according to USA FDA 21CFR.177.2600 instructions and ECOC9400131A regulations for food (nutrients and beverages), can be used for food contact with rubber materials;
4. MAC-3108 has a long scorch time and vulcanisation flat period, generally with TBzTD-75GE and rubber storage period is longer, and with ZBEC-75GE and shorter. Appropriate promotion system can replace DM, M, NS, CBS and other conventional systems, and can effectively maintain the physical properties of the vulcanised products;
5. With the extension of storage time, the appearance of this product will change from light yellow to grey. But does not affect the use of performance, its products do not contaminate, do not change colour.
Suggested dosage: 1.5~5.0 PHR. application examples are as follows
