APPLICATION:
1. It is a fast vulcanisation accelerator for NR, SBR, NBR, IIR and EPDM systems, especially suitable for SBR, IIR and EPDM systems;
2, promote the vulcanisation efficiency is better than TT, PX, etc., easy to burn, usually with thiazole, sulfonamide accelerators to modify and improve the safety of its rubber;
3. In the thiazole accelerator system, whether used alone or as a co-promoter, its dosage is the smallest;
4. CDD-80GE is easy to weigh, easy to disperse, processing without flying, effectively protect the health of employees;
5. It has a slight rubber staining, suitable for dark-coloured products, mainly used in wires, cables, industrial products, adhesive tapes, pressed products and so on.
Usage: need to match with zinc oxide and stearic acid, add it in the opening machine or after refining (≤90ºC).
Dosage: 
As primary accelerator: 0.20-2.00 phr.    
As secondary accelerator: 0.05-0.20 phr.
