Application:
1, excellent yellowing resistance
1, excellent resistance to yellowing performance, in the formulation of other materials more stable case up to 4.0 ~ 5 level;
2, the vulcanisation speed of this product is moderate, after vulcanisation, the abrasion resistance, tensile strength and tear resistance are comparable to the products with ordinary accelerators;
3,This comprehensive accelerator is non-polluting, non-discolouring, so that the appearance of rubber products to maintain a stable hue, in the rubber shoe soles in the application of outstanding;
4, the use of this product of rubber mixing long safety period, generally can be saved 4-6 days, to overcome the general yellowing-resistant accelerator burnt short time problem;
5, mainly used in white and light-coloured rubber shoe soles and other light-coloured rubber products.
Usage: Add it on the refining machine.
Dosage: 1.0~3.0 PHR and sulphur 0.5~2.5 PHR, TS or TT 0.0~0.5 PHR and can be used.
Recommendation: S-80 2.5 PHR, S-80 2.5 PHR, TS-80 0.2 PHR, NS-80(DM-80) 0.0-0.5 PHR.
