Application: An ultra accelerator lor NR, SNR, IIR, IR, SBR, NBR, EPOM and their latexes. Better anti-scorching ability when used with DM. Provides the best scorch safety and processing safety in dithiocarbamates No poison, no pollution, thus can be applied in the manufacturer of food contact materials
1. It is a super-accelerator with safer operation, applicable to natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and butadiene-acrylic rubber;
2. the critical temperature of vulcanisation is lower, the activity is higher than that of thiuram accelerator, the vulcanisation temperature is 80-125ºC, it can also be used for normal temperature vulcanisation;
3. ZnEPDC-80GE is non-polluting, non-discolouring, odourless, tasteless, non-toxic, easy to disperse, easy to weigh;
4. It can be used to manufacture food contact products as well as transparent and colourful products, medical products, adhesive tapes, self vulcanising pastes etc.
Usage: Add with other medicinal rubber in the refining machine, and DM can improve its anti-scorch performance.
Dosage:
In dry glue: 0.2-1.5phr, in latex: 0.5-2.0 phr.
Storage period: 12 months under cool and dry conditions.
